📋 Description

• Plan and manage critical procurement projects for goods and services, including managing relationships with requesting departments, planning procurement activities, managing demand for goods and services, submitting contracting requests, defining procurement strategies, and preparing contracts. • Coordinate the collection and analysis of the project's purchasing needs, translating technical and scope requirements into clear specifications for purchase orders. • Facilitate accurate acquisition of goods and services, ensuring alignment with client objectives. • Ensure continuous monitoring and control of procurement delivery progress. • Use project management tools to ensure compliance with milestones, scope, costs, and schedules. • Proactively communicate deviations and adjust purchasing plans as necessary. • Identify and resolve procurement- and supply-related issues proactively. • Apply critical analysis to make informed decisions that support project objectives. • Ensure client satisfaction and business continuity. • Provide clear and regular communications on procurement and delivery status to the client and in procurement management forums. • Include detailed progress reports and periodic updates to promote transparency. • Conduct performance evaluations of purchasing activities after project completion. • Identify lessons learned and areas for future improvement to continuously enhance procurement processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Law, Engineering, Production, or Construction (according to Brazil's CINE classification). • Postgraduate qualification with a minimum workload of 360 hours in Project Management or other related fields, subject to validation by Petrobras contract management. • Desired experience: 6 years working with procurement processes in the supply area of large companies. • Functional knowledge of the SAP ERP MM module. • Microsoft Office 365. • Knowledge of legislation and procedures related to public tenders and contracting in the public administration and mixed-capital companies (such as Law 8.666/93, Decree 2745/98, Law 13.303/16, and Law 14.133/21). • Technical writing. • Project Management tools: proficiency in project management software and tools such as MS Project, Asana, Trello, or industry-specific software. • Basic knowledge of Power BI. • Statistics skills to produce and interpret measures of dispersion, descriptive analysis, and charts.
