📋 Description

• Responsible for ensuring the removal of obstacles, technical or business in nature, that impede the proper progress of the agile team's activities. • Also responsible for managing the development project. • Ensure compliance with the development process. • Keep the team focused on the delivery plan and proactively identify situations that may cause deviations. • Ensure activities are recorded so that the collection of metrics is accurate and delivered in a timely manner to the account manager. • Shield the development team from adverse events. • Perform onboarding of new development team members for projects so they feel welcomed and are prepared to start working with the team. • Monitor or act as facilitator in project ceremonies to ensure their objectives are achieved and to establish action plans for adverse situations. • Connect team members whenever you notice they are heading in different directions, promoting team synergy to ensure planned delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or completion of any undergraduate degree accompanied by a postgraduate certification (specialization, master's or doctorate) in Information Technology of at least 360 hours. • CSM - Certified Scrum Master (Scrum Alliance); or PSM - Professional Scrum Master (Scrum.org). • Preferred experience: 3 years working as a Scrum Master on projects that used agile methodologies. • Knowledge of the application of principles and practices of agile software development, including the Agile Manifesto, Scrum and Kanban. • Experience analyzing functional and non-functional requirements, implementing design patterns (enterprise integration patterns, design patterns, microservices patterns) and relational data modeling. • Knowledge of UX methodologies and techniques (design, information architecture, interaction, usability, research, etc.).
