📋 Description

• Work fully remote supporting top global brands • Provide expert guidance and support clients via phone and email • Review customer requests, make informed decisions, and take action • Identify areas to improve client experience and share suggestions • Track trends and help prevent recurring issues for clients

🎯 Requirements

• Native Dutch and fluent English (B2) • Customer support experience is a plus • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative • EU citizenship or work permit for Portugal
