📋 Description

• Support apprentices throughout their learning journey • Manage a caseload of up to 30 apprentices • Deliver engaging one-to-one coaching sessions virtually and face-to-face • Create individual learning plans • Review workplace learning • Provide regular feedback and support • Work closely with store Partners, managers and colleagues across the apprenticeship team • Ensure apprentices receive guidance, develop occupational skills and are prepared for the next stage of their programme • Support maths and English development where required • Build strong relationships with store teams across Worcestershire

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in optics • Experience delivering coaching, training or development sessions • Confidence facilitating learning virtually and face-to-face • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to influence, support and motivate people from a range of backgrounds • Organised and proactive • Comfortable managing own diary, balancing priorities and working towards agreed timescales and targets • Confidence using Microsoft Office • Clean driving licence • Ability to drive and travel regionally • Ability to support maths and English development where required
