📋 Description

• Manage lease renewals, rent reviews and wider asset management projects • Maintain a commercially strong, well-managed estate aligned with business needs • Navigate landlord relationships and negotiate long-term value outcomes • Review service charges, insurance and costs • Work with business development and retail support on store openings, relocations and strategic plans • Support licences to alter, landlord disputes, maintenance and compliance matters • Travel regularly to meet store partners and support property decisions • Represent Specsavers in key property conversations • Manage multiple projects, reduce risk and drive value • Lead complex negotiations and provide trusted property guidance

🎯 Requirements

• Experience across a multi-site retail estate • Strong knowledge of property management • Commercial awareness and industry knowledge • Ability to manage complex landlord relationships • Confidence working with stakeholders at all levels • Ability to manage multiple projects at pace • Experience handling complex negotiations • Acquisition experience useful but not essential • RICS membership or working towards it ideally
