📋 Description

• Perform portfolio valuations for venture capital/private equity funds and business valuations of early-stage venture-backed companies with complex capital structures, adhering to AICPA fair value standards • Lead client engagements, including gathering and reviewing source data, project management, timeline and deliverable communication, and audit support • Set up valuations for new clients during onboarding • Lead training sessions on platform usage • Assist the Implementation team with interpreting financial and legal onboarding documents • Respond to client requests and resolve inquiries with Client Engagement and Support teams • Contribute to the design and enhancement of proprietary valuation models and software platforms

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant work experience specifically involving ASC 820 • Strong understanding of private markets valuation methodologies, including Black-Scholes OPM • Ability to perform valuations for VC/PE portfolios and early-stage companies with complex capital structures • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Extreme attention to detail • Ability to work efficiently under strict deadlines in a collaborative team setting • Indefinite right to work in the United States • Post-graduate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred • CPA, CFA, or another relevant designation preferred • Familiarity with SaaS business models preferred
