📋 Description

• Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and hiring platforms including Indeed, UpWork, Behance, and LinkedIn • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates • Conduct interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit • Assist in creating and posting job advertisements • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements • Stay updated on recruitment and talent acquisition industry trends, market conditions, and best practices • Use an applicant tracking system to streamline processes and maintain accurate candidate records • Report to the HR and Recruitment Head

🎯 Requirements

• English required • Familiarity with ATS tools • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organization and attention to detail • Ability to track candidates across multiple roles, including statuses, resumes, interview notes, and assessments • Ability to represent the company professionally to prospective hires • Ability to learn and clearly communicate what Spiralyze does and how roles work • Entry-level opportunity for candidates with 0–3 years of experience, including recent graduates and early-career professionals • Type "purple" in the "References" field in the application form • Experience hiring or working with UI/UX designers is a plus, not required
