📋 Description

• Bridge the gap between customers, product, and market; act as linchpin for technical stakeholders and product teams. • Deliver technical pitches and demos that convert prospects into customers. • Design and execute proof-of-concepts (POCs) to demonstrate measurable value and ROI. • Engage the global community of VSCode extension users; collect feedback and turn insights into product improvements. • Lead hands-on customer onboarding to ensure smooth rollouts and immediate wins. • Drive expansion by increasing product usage and identifying upsell opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in a technical, customer-facing role (Solutions Architect, Professional Services Engineer, Consultant) within the data infrastructure ecosystem. • Comfortable with dbt, SQL, Snowflake, and other key components of the modern data stack. • Master Communicator: ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear narratives for all audiences. • Go-Getter Attitude: passion, persistence, and a “make-it-happen” mindset. • (Bonus) Startup Experience: experience at a Series A or B startup. • (Bonus) Additional Tooling Knowledge: familiarity with modern data platforms and tooling.
