📋 Description

• Support SEO strategy for assigned priority markets and own day-to-day technical, on-page, off-page, and SEO content execution • Identify and prioritize organic growth and visibility opportunities across traditional and AI-powered search • Manage and optimize site content through the CMS with content teams and external agencies • Drive local content optimization initiatives and measure impact on visibility, engagement, and conversion • Support technical SEO initiatives and collaborate with relevant teams to implement improvements • Contribute to off-page SEO and authority-building initiatives • Apply analytics and CRO thinking to improve the commercial impact of organic traffic • Monitor brand and content visibility across AI-powered search experiences • Manage multiple SEO projects and initiatives, delivering work on time and to a high standard • Monitor and report organic performance with insights and recommended priorities for assigned markets/projects

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on SEO knowledge across technical, on-page, and off-page SEO, with examples of delivered work and impact • Strong content optimization skills and understanding of content, search intent, site structure, and user experience • Strong expertise in technical SEO or hands-on off-page SEO • Analytical skills and a CRO mindset, using data to identify opportunities and connect SEO activity with business outcomes • Hands-on experience with content management systems • Strong project management and execution skills, managing multiple priorities and deadlines • Advanced skills in Spanish and English • Experience within an iGaming environment • Hands-on experience with Google Search Console and GA4, plus Ahrefs, Semrush, and Screaming Frog • Working experience with Jira, Trello or Asana • Experience with AI-powered search, AI visibility, AEO/GEO is advantageous • Experience with CMS platforms beyond WordPress is advantageous • Experience in regulated markets is advantageous • Working knowledge of HTML is advantageous
