• 10+ years of experience leading creative work across design, art direction, branding, editorial, advertising, or visual storytelling for a consumer-facing brand • Experience building, leading, and developing exceptional creative teams • Understanding of emerging technologies including generative AI • Exceptional visual craft combined with strategic thinking • Experience collaborating across product, design, engineering, marketing, and executive leadership teams • Comfortable using data, experimentation, and audience insights in creative decisions • Experience working across global markets and understanding cultural nuances • Care about mentoring others and fostering a culture of learning
