📋 Description

• Deliver high volumes of events across in-person, remote and hybrid formats • Independently build, configure and launch web and mobile native apps using Backstage • Manage clients and senior stakeholders with clear, timely communications • Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and customers to execute events on live day • Oversee on-site operations, including badge printing, sign-in, AV, and audience engagement • Post-event communications, analyze data, and deliver insights and recommendations to clients

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in event technology; ability to build and configure event platforms like Backstage • End-to-end event ownership of B2B events (in-person, virtual, hybrid) • Cross-functional coordination with operational clarity • Technical dexterity in event platforms; ability to navigate registration, content, and streaming workflows • Flawless execution under pressure; strong problem-solving in live events • Ruthless time and risk management; ability to manage multiple events • Bonus: Life sciences industry experience
