📋 Description

• Develop and execute a full-funnel digital strategy across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and other key channels, aligned to awareness, consideration, and conversion goals. • Partner with the Marketing Programs team to translate campaign strategies into high-performing digital programs that engage target accounts and key personas. • Manage relationships with content syndication and digital partners to expand reach among ideal customer profiles and high-intent audiences. • Stay current on competitive trends and emerging digital tactics to keep Spring Health’s approach innovative and effective. • Launch and manage multi-channel campaigns that drive high-quality leads and account engagement. • Collaborate with web and marketing operations teams on conversion rate optimization (CRO) to improve website and landing page performance. • Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to refine messaging, creative, CTAs, and targeting. • Analyze performance data with the analytics team to identify insights and drive continual ROI improvements. • Ensure accurate tracking and data integrity across ad and analytics platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GA4, Salesforce and Hubspot. • Leverage AI tools and automation for analysis, creative generation, audience segmentation, and optimization. • Test and evaluate emerging channels and formats to expand reach within key segments. • Develop repeatable playbooks for campaign setup, optimization, and reporting to scale best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8 years of B2B digital marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or technology. • Proven ability to develop and scale paid programs across search, social, and display. • Deep expertise in SEM, paid social, content syndication, retargeting, and account-based advertising. • Strong analytical skills and understanding of funnel metrics, attribution, and optimization levers. • Hands-on experience with GA4, Salesforce, marketing automation, and digital ad platforms. • Strong grasp of audience targeting, segmentation, and data-driven optimization. • Experience using AI and automation to enhance digital performance. • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. • A growth mindset and bias toward action, with comfort testing, learning, and iterating quickly.
