• Manage relationships with data vendors, including kickoff meetings, scheduling, documentation, and ongoing communication. • Coordinate all aspects of vendor data delivery, proactively tracking timelines, late or missing data, and format changes. • Maintain organized records of vendor documentation, communications, and data assets to ensure transparency and continuity. • Partner with Client Service to align on expected data deliveries, flag mismatches, and communicate campaign-related updates that may impact reporting. • Collaborate with Business Intelligence to track and communicate data restatements or changes affecting client deliverables. • Lead recurring internal and external status meetings to share updates, align priorities, and identify risks. • Support creation and maintenance of internal documentation and processes that improve data delivery efficiency and accuracy. • Monitor and track all client data use and information agreements to ensure compliance and accessibility. • Anticipate potential workflow or delivery issues and drive proactive resolution across teams and vendors. • Contribute to ongoing process improvements within the Data Engineering team and help establish consistent standards for vendor management and communication.
• 5+ years of experience in technical project management, operations, or data coordination, ideally within pharma or healthcare media. • Strong understanding of media data workflows, vendor management, and campaign reporting processes. • Exceptional organization and communication skills — able to translate complex data topics into simple, actionable summaries. • Proven ability to manage multiple vendors, timelines, and projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail. • Experience with Asana, Jira, or comparable project management tools. • Comfort navigating technical discussions. • Demonstrated success in cross-functional coordination, particularly between technical and client-facing teams.
