• Support the Oracle Stabilisation Programme for six months • Maintain project frameworks, plans, records, reports, RAID logs, and dashboards • Support project documentation, including PIDs, action logs, minutes, and task completion tracking • Prepare reports, dashboards, and RAID logs for monthly governance boards • Support preparation of monthly sponsor updates • Coordinate meetings, boards, communications, and stakeholder relationships • Support project closure, lessons learned, and continuous improvement
• Experience supporting programmes or projects in a fast-paced IT environment • Strong planning and communication skills • Confidence using Copilot, Word, Excel, Visio, SharePoint, and Outlook • Experience using Mission Control project management tool is advantageous but not essential • Experience supporting Oracle projects is advantageous • Project management qualifications such as PRINCE2 Foundation, AgilePM, ITIL Foundation or P3O would be valuable • Must be based in the UK • DBS Basic vetting level required • Visa sponsorship is unavailable
