• Develop and execute high-performing paid media campaigns across platforms like Google, LinkedIn, Meta, Bing, YouTube and non-conventional channels like Reddit, Quora for experimentation. • Continuously monitor, analyze, and refine campaign performance based on key metrics to maximize return on investment (ROI). • Monitor and optimize CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and CPL (Cost Per Lead) to ensure cost efficiency. • Implement testing frameworks to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, targeting strategies, and overall conversion rates. • Plan, allocate, and oversee marketing spend and collaborate with stakeholders across marketing and finance to ensure cost effectiveness. • Collaborate across departments to ensure campaign efficiency and manage the entire marketing infrastructure by joining hands with Marketing Operations.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in B2B SaaS performance marketing. • Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles, customer lifetime value (CLV), and demand generation tactics. • Proficiency in running and optimizing multi-channel paid campaigns. • Expertise in using analytics tools to track campaign performance and drive strategic decisions. • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization. • Ability to manage budgets effectively while balancing growth and efficiency. • Up-to-date knowledge of digital advertising trends and best practices.
