• Establish and Lead the Transformation Office • Stand up and run a PMO for the Top 10 • Manage Red Team Review Cycles • Own the annual and quarterly BMS calendar • Craft CEO-quality narratives that synthesize signals into insights and decisions
• 18+ years in business operations, chief-of-staff, consulting, strategy/ops, or enterprise PMO roles • 8+ years supporting C-suite leaders • Program/portfolio management expertise across complex, cross-functional initiatives • Fluent with OKRs, RAID, dashboards • Experience establishing or leading a Transformation Office and driving enterprise-wide change initiatives • Strong track record managing Red Team reviews, implementing process rigor, and ensuring follow-up on learnings • Outstanding attention to detail, time management, and meeting deadlines • Strong command of Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI), SharePoint/Teams, and collaboration workflows • Nice-to-have: PMP/PgMP, Prosci/Change Management, OKR certification
