📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of Clinical Support Specialists and Clinical Nurses • Ensure clinicians and patients experience seamless care delivery • Build high-performing teams, establish accountability through data-driven performance management • Manage clinical escalations and continue refining support workflows to scale efficiently • Drive operational excellence and strategic improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Active RN compact license • 3+ years of healthcare operations, clinical support, or related management experience • Demonstrated success managing and developing teams in fast-paced, high-stakes environments • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, trend identification, and performance metrics • Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail • Experience with EHR systems and familiarity with clinical workflows and terminology • Scrappy, resourceful, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a startup environment • Self-directed with the ability to identify priorities and drive initiatives with minimal oversight • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence and collaborate across departments • Proven ability to implement and maintain performance management systems • Experience with process improvement methodologies is a plus • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to adapt as the organization evolves
