📋 Description
• Lead and execute visual projects from concept to delivery across web, ads, presentations, and social platforms. • Shape and evolve **Sprinto’s visual identity** to ensure brand consistency and creative impact. • Collaborate with **marketing, product, content, and growth** teams to translate complex concepts into clear, persuasive designs. • Develop scalable **design systems, illustration libraries, and templates** to streamline creative production. • Explore and experiment with **new tools and workflows** (AI, motion, 3D) to enhance storytelling and innovation. • Advocate for design excellence, present confidently, and mentor peers through example.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in **visual, brand, or communication design** with a strong portfolio showcasing craft and storytelling, preferably in B2B SaaS. • Expertise in **Figma** and **Adobe Creative Suite**; motion or 3D design skills are a plus. • Strong grasp of typography, layout, and color theory with adaptability across formats. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
