📋 Description

• Own and lead Sprout's centralized Decision Analytics and data science function across Marketing, Revenue, Product, and Finance • Set the vision, standards, and operating model for Decision Analytics, including prioritization, stakeholder partnership, and impact measurement • Shift business teams from reactive reporting to proactive, insight-driven decision-making • Act as the primary analytics and data science thought partner to senior business stakeholders • Connect domain pods, stakeholder needs, and team priorities across the organization • Provide hands-on support for complex analyses, models, and problem solving • Lead and develop managers, analysts, and data scientists across multiple domain pods • Partner with the Director of Data Enablement on data infrastructure and analytics engineering requirements • Champion AI and automation across analytics and data science workflows and deliverables • Lead change management during the transition to a centralized analytics model • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive business outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in analytics, data science, or a related field • 5+ years leading teams within a SaaS or subscription-based business • 5+ years hiring, developing, and mentoring managers, analysts, and data scientists • Proven success scaling and managing a centralized or hybrid analytics function supporting diverse cross-functional business units • Deep understanding of SaaS metrics including ARR, NRR, GRR, pipeline velocity, CAC payback, LTV:CAC, and product activation • Ability to move between executive strategy and hands-on technical execution • Preferred: experience leading analytics organizations through consolidation, restructuring, or operating-model transformation • Preferred: familiarity with SQL, Python, dbt, cloud warehouses, Tableau, Hex, Looker, ML modeling frameworks, and experimentation design • Preferred: experience building predictive modeling and ML-based forecasting capabilities • Preferred: practical experience integrating AI tools and automation into analytical workflows
