📋 Description

• Partner with clients to align their business goals with SpryPoint’s best-in-class solutions • Partner with clients to asset Asset Management and Work Management programs in place and provide roadmap for improvements and achievement of client goals with these programs • Lead discovery sessions, process reviews, and integration designs to deliver tailored solutions • Ensure high-quality implementations by conducting audits, reviewing documentation, and providing feedback on process designs • Oversee system configuration and provide input on training and testing materials • Maintain and update project documentation, including issue logs, configuration guides, and test cases.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in leading and participating in the implementation of Asset Management and Work Management enterprise software for local governments and Utilities • Proven ability to map processes and manage large process mapping projects • Experience with Utility Customer Information Systems and Customer Engagement Portals is a plus • Experience leading software implementation project teams is a plus • Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL • Excellent communication skills, with a talent for presenting complex concepts clearly • A passion for learning and staying ahead of the curve in a rapidly changing industry • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with clients, senior management, and team members • A sharp, analytical mind, capable of solving complex problems quickly and efficiently • In-depth knowledge of implementation methodologies for large-scale software projects • The ability to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities • Familiarity with analyzing large data sets is a bonus • Knowledge of Reporting & Business Intelligence platforms is a plus.
