📋 Description

• Lead the design and development of a next-generation AI platform • Build sophisticated multi-agent AI solutions for real-world business challenges • Own the AI layer of the platform and design robust, scalable, production-ready AI systems • Prioritise quality, reliability and security of AI systems • Work alongside backend engineers, architects and product teams • Deliver innovative AI capabilities and influence the technical direction of the AI strategy • Develop AI-powered applications using TypeScript, Golang and Python • Design and implement multi-agent AI architectures • Build automated LLM evaluation and regression testing frameworks • Design agent memory and context management strategies • Implement AI safety, guardrails, prompt-injection mitigation, observability and LLM telemetry • Coach and mentor colleagues • Contribute to the development of business scenarios

🎯 Requirements

• Must live in the UK • Significant commercial experience developing AI-powered applications • Experience programming in TypeScript, Golang and Python • Experience designing and implementing multi-agent AI architectures • Advanced prompt engineering experience • Experience building automated LLM evaluation and regression testing frameworks • Knowledge of AI quality assurance methodologies – Claude • Experience designing agent memory and context management strategies • Strong understanding of AI safety, guardrails and prompt injection mitigation techniques • Excellent experience implementing AI observability and LLM telemetry • Experience integrating AI platforms with enterprise systems and APIs • Knowledge of cloud-native AI deployments • Experience with containerisation technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and MLOps practices • Experience with vector databases, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings and semantic search • Experience with cloud AI platforms such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock or Google Vertex AI • Google Cloud Platform knowledge • A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field or similar work based experience • Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer, ideally with a focus on media-related projects • Very good working knowledge of standard software development frameworks, techniques and methodologies • Experience providing coaching and mentoring • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and contribute to business scenarios • Knowledge of software development tools and technologies • Flexible and curious approach • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
