• Squadio is looking for an innovative and experienced Software Product Manager to join our growing team. • You will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring that our software products meet market needs and achieve our business goals. • You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales. • Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer insights, market trends, and business objectives. • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop detailed specifications and wireframes for new features. • Lead product development cycles using Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality software on time. • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new software products or enhancements to existing offerings. • Gather, analyze, and interpret user feedback and data to inform product decisions and improvements. • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop successful go-to-market strategies for product launches. • Monitor product performance and user engagement to continuously optimize and enhance the user experience. • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to ensure our products remain relevant and competitive.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field. MBA is a plus. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products. • Strong understanding of software development processes and Agile methodologies. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Experience with user research and data analytics to inform product decisions. • Proficient with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Confluence). • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a customer-centric mindset. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
