⢠5+ years backend experience building production-grade APIs ⢠Strong experience with Rust, or deep systems background in Go or C++ ⢠Proven experience designing and maintaining high-throughput services ⢠Strong understanding of REST design, data flows, and system boundaries ⢠PostgreSQL experience (schema design, performance tuning) ⢠Exposure to caching (Redis), Docker, and AWS or similar infra
