📋 Description

• Lead the sales process for renewals and new customer acquisitions • Maintain accurate renewal tracking in HubSpot and Stripe • Conduct proactive outreach, customer negotiation, and on-time renewals • Partner with SRI Finance and Legal on contracting, invoicing, and compliance • Deliver a positive customer experience through clear communication and reliable follow-through • Maintain records of sales activity, forecasting, and customer interactions • Help with customer support, including lost account credentials • Produce periodic reports on renewals, pipeline status, and key sales metrics

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of sales operations/customer support experience with customers’ finance and purchasing teams • Candidates must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident • Experience with HubSpot required • Experience with MS Office Tools • Comfort working with scientific customers and translating their needs into actionable sales insight • Degree in Biology or related field a plus but not required • Experience with Google Analytics desired • Familiarity with BioCyc/Pathway Tools and core bioinformatics concepts desired
