📋 Description

• Responsible for the tax collection of assigned cases for the State of Arizona • Contact and complete the collection of tax liabilities and delinquencies via phone calls • Educate taxpayers while promoting voluntary compliance • Reviewing taxpayer accounts • Verifying, gathering and simultaneously updating key information • Documenting actions taken into multiple systems • Scheduling field visits to taxpayer’s residencies, places of employment, and/or business locations • Negotiate payment arrangements • Participate in the seizure and sale of assets and/or inventory

🎯 Requirements

• Previous two positions should each be at least one consecutive year in a fast paced call center • Strong ability to multitask • Basic use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Workspace • Basic math skills are required - addition, subtraction, multiplication and division • Communicate well both in writing and verbally • Great interpersonal skills • Retain knowledge easily • Creative in problem solving • Goal oriented • Organized • Spanish-speaking is preferred
