📋 Description

• Build requirements and translate them into configuration and business process changes using standard workflows • Provide routine maintenance and standard build for Epic applications and systems • Analyze Epic vendor software updates and their business impact • Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderately complex Epic application issues • Provide end-user support for Epic applications • Code complex functions, including building application tables and reports • Update testing scripts for ongoing system development and implementations • Serve as a resource for less-experienced Epic colleagues • Lead small projects with manageable risk and resource requirements • Analyze, prioritize, and organize technical requirement specifications using data, diagrams, and flowcharts • Configure, implement, support, and maintain Epic applications and technical integrations • Collaborate with business operations, information technology, leadership, system users, and vendors • Serve as an IT liaison for Epic end-users, business partners, and clinical and revenue cycle analysts • Support projects onboarding new acquisitions and building new Epic departments across four states • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Epic certified analyst • Epic Certified in Professional Billing • Relevant professional billing work experience and background • Technical expertise in Epic environment design, build, and testing • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent years of experience and education • Three years’ relevant experience • Experience in Epic builds • Epic certified in one or more modules • Resolute Hospital Billing (HB) Administration and Claims and Remittance certification highly preferred • Ability to perform the listed physical requirements, including frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling of objects weighing 0–25 lbs. • Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching, repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements, keyboard use/data entry, and use of vision, hearing, and speech • Ability to occasionally lift/carry and push/pull objects weighing 25–50 lbs. • Ability to rarely climb
