• Lead the development, implementation, standardization, and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide safety and hazardous materials programs across the Staci Americas network • Drive a proactive, standardized, and audit-ready culture focused on operational safety, hazardous materials compliance, and risk mitigation • Oversee hazardous materials and dangerous goods operations, including compliant storage, segregation, labeling, packaging, transportation, processing, and documentation • Develop and maintain standardized hazmat SOPs, work instructions, and operational playbooks • Oversee incident reporting, investigation follow-up, root cause analysis, corrective action planning, and escalation processes • Conduct scheduled and targeted site audits covering safety, hazardous materials handling, operational compliance, PPE, MHE operations, and training requirements • Monitor regulatory updates and communicate operational impacts or required process changes • Develop and deliver hazardous materials, dangerous goods, and safety training programs; maintain training and compliance records • Support hazardous materials configuration and validation within WMS and operational systems • Assist with hazmat logic implementation, including LQ/EQ classifications, shipment restrictions, package-level controls, and labeling requirements • Support Lumiform inspections, SharePoint SOP libraries, Power BI dashboards, and safety management systems • Develop executive-level safety and hazardous materials KPI reporting and dashboards • Partner with clients on hazardous materials onboarding, operational readiness, compliance understanding, new site launches, and implementation initiatives • Partner with Operations, HR, IT, Transportation, Operational Excellence, clients, and site leadership to improve compliance and operational consistency • Support corrective-action closure, regulatory readiness, client onboarding, and scalable network operations
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field • 5+ years of experience in safety, hazardous materials, dangerous goods, warehousing, transportation, logistics, or 3PL operations • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, 49 CFR, IATA, IMDG, root cause analysis methodologies, and safety auditing practices • Experience supporting hazardous materials operations within warehouse or 3PL environments preferred • Experience working within multi-site operations preferred • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and leadership skills • Experience with WMS platforms, Power BI, SharePoint, Lumiform, or safety management systems preferred • OSHA 30 certification preferred • 49 CFR Hazardous Materials Certification preferred • IATA Dangerous Goods Certification preferred • CSP, ASP, CHMM, CDGP, or equivalent certifications preferred • Ability to travel approximately 10–20% based on operational needs
