📋 Description

• Lead efforts to amplify developer adoption and make ToolHive the default platform for building with MCP. • Drive top-of-funnel growth, boosting GitHub stars, contributor engagement, and downloads by designing scalable, community-powered growth strategies. • Architect compounding growth loops, refine onboarding flows, and build programs that welcome developers. • Work side-by-side with engineering, design, marketing, and DevRel teammates to launch data-driven initiatives. • Gather feedback and insights from the open-source ToolHive community and translate them into meaningful product improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Direct experience as a growth/product manager for developer tools, APIs, SDKs, or OSS projects. • Fluent with developer ecosystems, OSS contribution models, repo management, community norms, and roadmap transparency. • Demonstrated engagement with developer communities: GitHub Issues/PRs, Discord, Slack, live conferences/events. • Strong technical acumen, comfortable reading technical docs, trying APIs/CLIs, and working closely with engineers. • Experience designing/iterating onboarding flows, docs, quickstarts, and developer engagement campaigns. • Proven record of running data-driven growth experiments, tracking funnel metrics, and diagnosing adoption blockers (using Looker/Amplitude/Mixpanel/SQL/etc.). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences; proven ability to author docs, specs, and growth analyses. • Comfortable operating independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
