📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • We are seeking dynamic and persuasive individuals to join our team as Telemarketers. • As a B2B Telemarketer, you will play a crucial role in our outreach efforts, connecting with potential business clients to introduce and promote our loan products. • You will be responsible for generating leads, building strong relationships, and driving sales through effective communication and persuasion. • Conduct outbound calls to small and medium-sized businesses to promote our business loan products. • Identify decision-makers and engage them in meaningful conversations about their financing needs. • Present and explain the benefits of our loan products, tailoring your pitch to the specific needs of each business. • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales team to discuss loan options further. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications and lead status in our CRM system. • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets. • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and our loan products to position our solutions effectively.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B telemarketing, sales, or a related field. • With a neutral accent and clear diction to ensure effective communication with English-speaking clients is a MUST. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. • Strong persuasive skills and a customer-centric approach. • Goal-oriented with a drive to exceed targets and achieve results. • Familiarity with business financing and loan products is a plus. • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
