🎯 Requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age • Two years of networking experience • A college diploma or equivalent is required • It is essential to have outstanding communication and customer service skills. • Strong organization, time management, and follow-up skills • Ability to work independently, as well as take instruction from team members • Understanding of cloud infrastructure and strategies • Knowledge of network routing and switching infrastructure technologies • Basic knowledge of Voice over IP technologies • Outstanding analytical ability with attention to detail • Excellent back-office skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook Visio, and Excel) • Exceptional analytical ability with attention to detail • Demonstrated leadership and a sense of project ownership • Experience with Linux and Asterisk is a significant advantage.
