📋 Description

• Develop new features and functionalities using React, Redux, suitable extensions, or frameworks • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code to company best-practice standards • Collaborate with other developers to drive best practices • Work within the Agile development framework with Business Analysts, developers, Quality Assurance, Project Manager, and Project Owner • Ensure system security meets required levels and new features adhere to best practices • Analyse problems and suggest practical, high-quality solutions • Support the project lifecycle, including testing and out-of-hours deployments • Own assigned tasks, provide progress updates to the Head of Business Systems and project teams, and escalate where appropriate • Help roll out the CRM MVP and develop subsequent post-MVP business-improvement phases • Create forms and fields for data retrieval, entry, and presentation, and incorporate Machine Learning results where appropriate • Carry out other duties specified by the manager

🎯 Requirements

• In depth knowledge of React (functional components) • Redux • Use of REST API to communicate with the back-end services • UX / UI experience • Testing frameworks such as Jest and/or react testing library • Github • Jira • Modern IDE, such as IntelliJ, including plugins such as ESLint • Proactive and creative problem solver • Strong attention to detail • Excellent communication and team-working • Strong analytical skills • Demonstrable experience of self-management of tasks within large projects • Experience of creating apps for Cloud technologies – ideally Azure • Demonstrates a high level of business and commercial awareness • Demonstrable experience of data security management • Experience of creating a CRM
