📋 Description

• Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within manufacturing, logistics, and industrial sectors • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, integrators, and channel partners • Understand customer challenges and align them with our robotics solutions • Lead the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and closing • Collaborate with the technical team to tailor demos, proposals, and solutions for each customer • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences • Provide market insights and feedback to inform product development and strategy • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in robotics, industrial automation, or related technology fields • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Strong understanding of automation technologies, robotics integration, and industrial workflows • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a startup environment • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (advanced degree a plus)
