📋 Description

• Direct and coordinate strategic marketing activities to achieve operating plans • Own profitability, promotion, pricing, merchandising and new product plans • Collaborate with Commercial, Product, Brand, Supply Chain and Finance teams on strategic initiatives • Present new products, merchandising and promotional strategies to buyers • Execute market communication plans and new product launches • Interface with Brand Marketing to produce point-of-purchase materials • Analyze and track POS, inventory, market share and competitive landscapes • Track program and promotional effectiveness and recommend improvements • Work with Sales and Finance to manage listings and maximize sales and profitability through mix management, promotions and pricing • Make business decisions to drive top-line and bottom-line results through understanding of channel P&L

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of five plus (5+) years of Product, Sales and/or Marketing experience within the Commercial space • Record of demonstrated achievement in sales growth and margin accretion • Effective project management skills • Strong interpersonal, conflict management, verbal and written communication skills • Solid analytical skills • Good understanding of Sales, Gross Margins, Operating Margins and Inventory Turns • Problem-solving ability and commitment to continuous improvement • Strong attention to detail • Strong multi-tasking ability • Ability to manage deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency required • Knowledge of Salesforce, SAP, BW and Ariba is a plus
