đź“‹ Description

• Support the design, build, and deployment of Workday integrations, including inbound and outbound interfaces, utilizing Workday Studio, Workday Web Services (WWS), EIB, and Cloud Connect (CCW, PECI) • Utilize strong coding skills (e.g., XSLT, XML, Java, SQL, and other integration technologies such as Workday Orchestrate/ Extend) to develop custom integrations in a scalable, efficient, and effective manner • Ensure seamless data flow and integration between Workday and other enterprise systems • Identify and resolve any data discrepancies, redundancies, or inefficiencies within the integration processes • Expertise in troubleshooting integration issues, data mapping, transformation and data validation • Work closely with business users, IT teams, and external vendors to gather integration requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver solutions that meet business objectives • Foster positive relationships and collaboration across teams • Influence and guide stakeholders through the integration lifecycle, making recommendations for improvements, identifying potential risks, and effectively managing change • Prioritize tasks effectively, manage multiple concurrent projects, and adjust to shifting business needs • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision, while ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• Over 5 years of proven experience in Workday integration development (Workday Studio, EIB, Workday Web Services, etc.) • Ability to influence, prioritize, and collaborate effectively across teams • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business requirements • Workday Certification (Integration or Functional) is a plus • Experience with Agile methodologies or similar project management frameworks • Strong project management and organizational skills • Experience with other cloud platforms (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
