• Shadow qualified Engineers, assisting with the servicing and repair of lifts • Attend distance learning courses and complete coursework on time and to a high standard • Attend training and mentoring sessions, both in person and online • Participate in at least 20% off-the-job training • Demonstrate the aptitude and behaviours of a future Stannah Lift Engineer • Cover a route across the Ringwood service branch • Complete a 40-month mix of practical, mentoring, and structured learning at the training centre • Achieve a qualification in Lift Engineering
• Achieved a minimum of GCSE Grade 4–9 (A–C) passes in Maths and English • Keen interest in engineering or practical experience working in a related role • Valid driving licence or working towards one • Appropriate right to work must be held by applicants • Sponsorship is not available • Passion for electronics and mechanics or previous experience in a mechanical/electrical role
