📋 Description

• Shadow qualified Engineers while assisting with the servicing and repair of lifts • Attend distance learning courses and complete coursework on time and to a high standard • Attend training and mentoring sessions in person and online • Participate in at least 20% off-the-job training • Demonstrate the aptitude and behaviours of a future Stannah Lift Engineer • Cover a route across Leicester, Nottingham and Derby

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum GCSE Grade 4–9 (A–C) passes in Maths and English • Keen interest in engineering or practical experience working in a related role • Valid driving licence or working towards obtaining one • Passion for electronics and mechanics, or previous experience in a mechanical/electrical role • Appropriate right to work must be held • Sponsorship is not available
