• Take ownership of new lift installation projects from concept to completion • Oversee a portfolio of new installation projects across commercial, residential, healthcare, and public sector environments • Manage project schedules, pre-start activities, deliveries, testing requirements, and site readiness from start to finish • Conduct site inspections and project reviews • Ensure installation quality, subcontractor performance, and customer expectations are met • Act as the key point of contact for customers, contractors, and internal teams • Provide clear communication throughout the project lifecycle • Control project costs and manage variations • Resolve issues and close out defects • Ensure successful handover and warranty completion • Cover projects across the South of England • Work with a mixture of home-based working, site visits, and customer meetings • Work Monday to Thursday, 8:30–17:15, and Friday, 8:30–13:30
• NVQ3 Installing Lifts • Project Management qualification • Understanding and/or awareness of relevant Lift and Building Standards • Appropriate right to work must be held by applicants • Sponsorship is not available • Experienced Lift Project Manager • Ability to deliver installation projects safely, on time, and within budget • Customer service, project delivery, and technical excellence focus
