• Develop and execute a regional sales plan to achieve revenue and market share growth for CSR Single-Use Systems. • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with biopharma, vaccine, and cell/gene therapy companies. • Maintain and grow existing customer relationships by ensuring high levels of satisfaction, responsiveness, and support. • Work collaboratively with the CSR Product Management and Applications teams to deliver technical expertise during the sales process. • Represent ABEC and the CSR Business Unit at customer meetings, industry conferences, and trade shows to promote brand visibility and generate new leads. • Provide accurate forecasts, call reports, and market analysis to management; contribute input on customer trends and competitive activity. • Partner with cross-functional colleagues to ensure alignment on account strategies and customer delivery. • Meet or exceed activity standards for prospecting, meetings, presentations, proposals, and closed business. • Manage travel within the assigned region (estimated 60–75%). • Other duties as assigned. • Will play an active role in identifying and driving Continuous Improvement (CI) opportunity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or Business; advanced degree a plus. • Minimum of 5 years’ consultative sales experience with demonstrated success in capital equipment, single-use systems, or related bioprocessing technologies. • Knowledge of biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes and operations, with emphasis on single-use bioreactors, mixing systems, and related disposable technologies. • Strong ability to influence decision-makers across functions (operations, quality, procurement, engineering, etc.). • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with proven ability to close complex solution sales. • Proficiency with CRM systems and pipeline management. • Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. • Willingness to travel extensively (up to 75%). • Awareness of and prior experience with implementing Continuous Improvement (CI) a plus. • Prior Lean/Six Sigma experience a plus.
