📋 Description
• Define and execute a technology roadmap for OMS and supply chain system integrations. • Ensure platforms are scalable, resilient, and aligned with business growth. • Consolidate multiple OMS’s, reduce tech debt, & improve support • Drive configuration over customization mindset • Manage end to end cost with delivery outcomes • Lead the architecture and governance of APIs, middleware, and event-driven systems across internal and external ecosystems. • Enable seamless orchestration of order lifecycle from capture to delivery. • Establish and lead a continuous improvement framework for system performance, user experience, and support operations. • Build a KPI & metrics dashboard & drive daily, weekly, monthly routines to leverage data as part of technical decision making • Drive root cause analysis and resolution of system issues, ensuring proactive support and minimal disruption. • Collaborate with Supply Chain, SDS and Engineering, Product, and external vendors to deliver integrated solutions. • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, translating needs into technology solutions. • Develop and manage capital and operational budgets for OMS platforms and initiatives. • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually evolve OMS capabilities.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field OR equivalent experience. • 12+ years of progressive responsible experience in supply chain systems or enterprise technology. • Proven expertise in OMS, system integration, and orchestration platforms. • Strong understanding of supply chain and warehouse operations and technologies (ERP, WMS, TMS, eCommerce). • Experience with modern integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Kafka) and cloud platforms. • Demonstrated success in leading digital transformation and building high-performing teams. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
