• Work on maintenance aspects of electricity switchgear and plant up to and including 400kV • Investigate system alarms and provide fault response • Support delivery of projects • Follow up on planned and corrective maintenance tasks • Supervise engineering work onsite • Assess technical requirements for ongoing projects • Travel regularly to multiple operational sites across the UK • Work remotely from home or from Statkraft’s UK office locations when site attendance is not required
• HNC Electrical Engineering or equivalent • Relevant experience from within the energy sector • Demonstrable experience working on the electrical network, ideally dealing with LV and HV plant maintenance • Previous SAP Authorisation would be advantageous • Good understanding of O&M works processes • High standard of HSE awareness • Knowledge of power generation HV networks • Knowledge of electrical testing/analysis • Knowledge of commissioning • Knowledge of MS Office applications • Right permit to work in the UK • Clean driving licence • Eligible for security clearance and authorisation • Extensive travel within the UK and sometimes abroad
