📋 Description
• Define, in collaboration with management, a mid- and long-term strategic development roadmap and ensure its follow-up • Coordinate automation development activities and set priorities • Lead and create synergies across projects to strengthen the technical reference framework • Represent the automation discipline within R&D and in projects • Provide reporting to the team and management • Manage a team of approximately 8 automation engineers • Ensure development within the team of key skills and expertise for robot control • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the department
🎯 Requirements
• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Control Engineering, Mechatronics or Robotics • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role • Minimum 5 years' management experience • Knowledge of control systems and complex mechatronic systems • Understanding of the industrial environment and its constraints • Experience with MATLAB/Simulink • Proficiency with IT tools (industry software, Office 365) • Comfortable working in English
