📋 Description
• Assist with corporate compliance as a Nominee Company Director • Sign documentation connected with bank account openings • Complete initial onboarding and setup, expected to take approximately 1–2 hours in the first month • Remain largely passive after appointment with no operational responsibilities • Provide remote assistance and occasional administrative support
🎯 Requirements
• Must hold permanent UK residency • Comfortable with occasional administrative requirements and remote communication • Must be able to provide proof of address • Must have an active UK mobile phone number • Must have access to a personal laptop or desktop machine • Must hold a valid, in-date UK passport or driver’s license
🏖️ Benefits
