📋 Description

• Provide the required UK Nominee Director appointment • Remotely sign company and bank account documentation when needed • Support occasional corporate and administrative requirements • Provide UK-based representation for a company • Perform minimal involvement in a non-operational, part-time role

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a permanent UK resident • Confident using email and online communication platforms • Comfortable handling occasional administrative tasks remotely • Around 1–2 hours may be required during the initial setup, with only occasional tasks thereafter • Must hold a valid, in-date UK passport or driver’s license • Must be able to provide proof of address (e.g. recent utility bill or bank statement) • Must have an active UK mobile phone number • Must have access to your own laptop or desktop machine
