📋 Description
• Act as a Nominee Director in support of corporate compliance requirements • Execute banking and corporate documents as required • Support compliance processes through occasional administrative actions • Participate remotely in necessary onboarding procedures • Provide minimal ongoing participation, with requests occurring only once or twice per year • Complete approximately 1–2 hours of initial onboarding
