📋 Description

• Provide support with corporate compliance matters • Remotely sign relevant documents associated with opening company bank accounts • Complete initial setup during the first month, requiring approximately 1–2 hours • Maintain a passive, ongoing nominee director appointment • Complete occasional administrative tasks once or twice a year • Communicate remotely
