📋 Description

• Act as the appointed UK Nominee Director • Sign relevant company and bank account documents remotely • Assist with occasional corporate compliance requirements • Complete an initial setup taking approximately 1–2 hours • Handle occasional tasks throughout the year • Maintain a largely passive role once the company bank account is established

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a permanent UK resident • Comfortable with occasional administrative tasks and remote communication • Must currently live in the UK • Must be able to provide a postal code and city or town of residence • Must hold a valid, in-date UK passport or driver’s license • Must be able to provide proof of address, such as a recent utility bill or bank statement • Must have an active UK mobile phone number • Must have access to a personal laptop or desktop machine
