📋 Description

• Act as a Nominee Director for an established company • Remotely sign documents for bank account applications and company administration • Support occasional compliance-related requirements • Be available for infrequent communication when necessary • Assist with company setup and banking documentation during the first month, approximately 1–2 hours • Review occasional documents and provide signatures after onboarding

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a permanent resident of the United Kingdom • Comfortable handling occasional documentation and administrative tasks remotely • Good communication skills and reliable responsiveness • Willing to participate in the initial onboarding process and identity verification if required • Must hold a valid, in-date UK passport or driver’s license • Must be able to provide proof of address • Must have an active UK mobile phone number • Must have access to your own laptop or desktop machine
