📋 Description

• Act as a Nominee Director for corporate compliance purposes • Sign documents related to bank account applications and company administration • Assist with occasional compliance requests • Help complete initial setup and banking documentation, requiring around 1–2 hours in the first month • Handle responsibilities generally limited to once or twice per year after the initial month

🎯 Requirements
