📋 Description

• Deliver patient care across SteadyMD's programs, including but not limited to: urgent care, weight management, lab review, remote patient monitoring and primary care. • Conduct evaluations via video, phone (both scheduled and on-demand), and asynchronous communication with patients of all ages (adults and pediatrics). • Serve a diverse patient population while exemplifying inclusivity and evidence-based clinical practices. • Maintain a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care delivery. • Participate in supervision requirements as applicable for credentialing and licensure.

🎯 Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in at least 5 states including at least 1 of the following states: **AZ, CA, FL, NC, NY, IL, TX, VA** • Must be licensed in the state you live in • Board Certified (AGNP-BC or FNP-BC) by the ANCC or AANP • 2 years of in-person, independent practice experience as an NP • 1-year experience in weight loss medicine, including prescribing GLP1 agonists preferred. • Background in Internal or Family Medicine preferred • Comfortable with complex chronic condition management preference • Telemedicine or virtual care experience is preferred
