📋 Description

• Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for Stedi's fastest growing customers • Manage a pipeline of expansion opportunities in Stedi's CRM • Bring revenue expansion opportunities from ideation through execution • Interface with customers daily through various communication methods • Proactively surface product and payer-level usage insights • Collaborate with solutions engineering, payer operations, data analytics, and leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of quota-carrying sales, account management, sales engineering, or customer success experience • Strong track record of supporting customers adopting technical API-driven products • Previous healthcare experience in software companies that sell to payers, providers, RCM businesses, EHR/practice management systems • Comfortable working with technical API products • Exceptional at staying organized and on top of multiple threads • Strive to become the customer’s trusted advisor • Low ego and self-motivated • Ability to work fast and match organizational pace
